Digitalis 'Camelot Cream'

The Camelot series are perennial F1 hybrids and give beautiful uniform growth habit and long flowering. The creamy yellow flowers have maroon throat markings that attract the pollinating Bees, they are shapely and produced all around the stem reaching to 1m high. They will grow in the garden border in sun or part shade and can be used to great effect for something different in large pots. The flowers are produced all around the stem and there are many side stems to prolong the show. Cutting out the spent flower stems as they go over encourages even more. Best re produced by buying new plants or starting from new F1 seed, which is coated and sent in small test tubes. If you allow your plant to seed the seed it gives you will not represent the parent and is usually not worth the trouble.
