Hydrangea arborescens 'Hayes Starburst'

One of Terry’s favourite hydrangea it has lovely clusters of pale green buds that open to delicately star shaped flowers, the whole head the size of large orange, they slowly become pure white. A bushy shrub for good soils in sun or part shade not too tall either. Ours has not reached more than 1m after several years.

During the Autumn and Winter months your plant will be pruned for sending out so there is no further pruning for you to do, just go ahead and plant.
