The Shuttlecock Fern. Perfectly hardy and famed for its ability to make a small trunk as the plant matures. Requires a moist soil that does not dry out and happy in sun or light shade. Herbaceous, foliage dies away in late summer through winter. Reaching around 90cm high. This Fern produces stoloniferous growth, creating attractive colonies in one area.
